Caitlin Burns began her dance training in jazz, ballet, and modern at Polytechnic School in Pasadena, where she performed with the advanced dance program, the dance team, and both performed in and choreographed for musical theatre productions. Caitlin is currently a senior at Santa Clara University, and will be graduating with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Theatre Arts, with an emphasis in Dance, in June 2016. She is an active member of the Santa Clara Theatre and Dance department, performing in and choreographing for departmental productions such as Images, Choreographer’s Gallery, Footloose, In The Heights, and The Tempest, and she has had the privilege of working with artists such as Abigail Hosein, Christy Funsch, Mariah Steele, Lindsey Derry, David Popalisky, Kristin Kusanovich, Karny Connell, and Pauline Locsin-Kanter. Having recently completed her Senior Recital this Fall, Caitlin is enjoying branching out into the Bay Area dance world and is excited to be performing with fcdc for the upcoming 2016 Season.
